Doing Good
Like a lot of people, I try to give back whenever I can. Through all my travels it seems like there's always
been someone there to help me along the way. So when I started to take this customizing gig a little more
seriously, I decided – whenever I get a little extra time, or an extra mixer, I'll auction it off and
give the cash to a great charity. You know, give back to the world by doing the stuff I love to do.
I was really excited to be able to make good on that promise this summer. When I sold the Woody Wagon on Ebay,
I gave all the proceeds to Careers through Culinary Arts
Program (C-CAP). They're an awesome group that provides career opportunities in the foodservice industry to students in need.
So while I still need to make ends meet, I'm hoping to make the auction for charity a regular thing. Keep an
eye on the blog and I'll keep you all posted.
