So you might have figured out by now that I'm not really a real person. I'm a fictional character created by the fine folks at Hobart as a tribute to all the chefs, bakers, foodies, and tinkerers out there that love food & appreciate great craftsmanship and customization.
While I might not be real, my actions are. Guess I'm kinda like Santa Claus that way. I live in the minds of the people I connect with. Together we promote the restoration of vintage culinary equipment and the love of artistic expression and all things cool. We even do some good for the world around us... all the profits from the sale of any of my mixers benefit charity.
